Hey everyone,
A number of us do a lot of riding during the week at different times and we don't always make the weekly rides! If you get a chance, please post your rides here-maybe the night before or even hours before you leave. This would be a great tool if you want someone to train with. I am doing the Tues. Fairwheel groupride with Ywaine, Horn, and Stevens (2 of the 3 Richs' on the team). The group meets at starbucks on University at 6am. It is a fast paced ride and will get you fit very fast! Especially if you throw in the shootout on Sat. It is about 35 miles and we finsh back at starbucks about 730. Ywaine and I will be putting in more miles after this ride for those of you who would like to join us. Troy

I'm planning on a longer ride (50 miles) this Friday (8/15) leaving from Udall around sun up (5:30) - probably head up the Lemmon or do the RV/Oro Valley Loop.

I will not be making the reg. wed ride. I will be going from vail a little later (around 8) if any one is interested you can meet me in vail or at the church at OST and houghton about 830 and we can figure out something from there. Recovery pace!! If you did the tues ride you prob. need a recovery!!

I'm doing the shootout Saturday, however I'm going easy and also taking the shortcut down Helmet Peak. Need to save the legs for Sunday.

I am also doin the shootout. Cant miss the opportunity to get in the efforts for skull valley the following week. Will still be at kitt peak on sun (2 day stage race style!)

I'm glad it was the grandma shootout today. Was able to save all the energy for Sunday's TT.
